Production Technician
  • Responsible for component assembly, IO check and debugging using various tools, following technical blueprints or instructions.
  • Ensure task completed meet quality and performance standards, documenting any discrepancies or malfunctions.
  • Understand and follow technical drawings, specifications, work instructions, and other relevant documentation to complete tasks accurately.
  • Perform maintenance on tools and equipment used during the assembly and debugging process to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of protective gear and equipment.
  • Assist in managing and tracking inventory levels of parts and components, notifying supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Provide feedback on potential improvements in assembly and debugging techniques or processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

  • Obtain Certificate, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or any related field
  • Prior experience in assembly or debugging in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment, with the ability to use them safely and effectively.
  • Ability to work with precision and accuracy, ensuring that products meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
  • Ability to identify issues during assembly and troubleshoot or repair as necessary.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment or with continuous improvement initiatives.
Service Engineer
  • As a Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

1. Equipment installation and debugging:

  • Responsible for the on-site installation of semiconductor equipment to ensure that the equipment is installed accurately and stably.
  • Carry out debugging of the equipment to make it reach the best working condition and ensure that the equipment performance meets the requirements.

2. Troubleshooting:

  • Respond promptly to customer equipment failure reports and quickly arrive at the site for fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Accurately analyze the cause of the fault and take effective solutions to restore normal operation of the equipment.
  • For complex or major faults, communicate and collaborate with superiors and technical teams in a timely manner to jointly solve the problem.

3. Maintenance:

  • Perform regular maintenance and upkeep on semiconductor equipment in accordance with specified time and requirements.
  • Check the key components and operating status of the equipment, discover potential problems in a timely manner and deal with them.

4. Customer communication and training:

  • Maintain good communication with customers and answer their questions about equipment use and maintenance.
  • Provide equipment operation training to customers to ensure that customers can use equipment correctly and skill fully.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide timely feedback to relevant departments of the company to improve products and services.

5. Technical support and documentation

  • Provide technical support to the sales team and assist in answering customer technical questions.
  • Responsible for preparing relevant documents and reports for equipment installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance.

6. Spare parts management

  • Assist in managing equipment spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient and reasonable spare parts.
  • Propose spare parts procurement requirements in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Diploma (Fresh grads are welcomed!) and above or above, electronic engineering, automation and other related majors are preferred.

  1. Have knowledge of the principles of semiconductor equipment and be familiar with the structure and performance of various types of semiconductor equipment.
  2. Familiar circuit analysis, electronic components and other related knowledge and skills.
  3. Have electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and maintenance capabilities.
  4. Proficient in using office related office software;
  5. Be able to speak English and Chinese;
CNC Engineer
  • Develop and optimize CNC machining programs using CAD/CAM software.
  • Adjust machine settings and modify programs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set up CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders, including installation and alignment of fixtures, tools, and workpieces.
  • Conduct test runs to verify proper machine setup and functionality.
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to design specifications and tolerances.
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine performance or programming issues.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Work with the quality control team to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Stay updated on CNC machining technologies and industry best practices.
  • Set up and operate grinding machines for surface finishing tasks.
  • Support production in resolving sheet metal abnormalities and related issues.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in CNC programming and operation are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks) and G-code programming.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and materials.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • The role may involve working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machining operations, and other industrial conditions. Proper safety equipment and protocols must be followed.
Sales & Business Development Manager (Regional)
Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the semiconductor industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, ODMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distribution partners.
  • Drive design-in opportunities by engaging customer engineering and procurement teams early in the product development cycle.
  • Expand business with existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-project engagements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term agreements with strategic accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends to capture new market opportunities across automotive, consumer electronics, IoT, industrial, and communications sectors.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products and applications.
  • Provide technical support, product positioning, and application guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and R&D teams to support customer requirements and ensure technical feasibility.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, Semiconductor Physics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven success in managing OEM/ODM accounts and/or distribution networks.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor design cycles, supply chain dynamics, and application markets.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor sales models, including direct, channel, and design-in strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with semiconductor test systems and handlers.
  • Prior experience working with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) partners or ecosystems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor devices, applications, and industry standards.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain C-level and engineering-level relationships.
  • Proficient in sales reporting.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term strategic growth.
